We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your shirt or apparel item, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

Our return and refund window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Packed in the original packaging with all tags intact

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are intimate or sanitary in nature, or items damaged due to misuse.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

We may allow partial refunds in certain cases, such as:

  • Apparel showing signs of wear
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing tags or accessories not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 30-day period (subject to approval)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within a standard processing period determined by your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, and clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item once it is returned and approved.

If the product was not marked as a gift, or if the giver had it shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For valuable or higher-priced items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
